If you've been to the office, you're well acquainted with Lori's infectious smile. She keeps our heads on straight in the office with stellar organizational skills and an inescapable ability to brighten your day. A Massachusetts native, Lori grew up in Auburn where she discovered her love of all things automotive. She’s our favorite cleaning fanatic who finds joy in helping people and spending time with family and friends on the Cape. As a licensed Auto Damage Appraiser and (she won't say it but we will) a car genius, she's first on our list of people to break down on the side of the road with! Lori is a proud mother of her amazing daughter Riley and 2 adorable cats. We are so lucky to have Lori as the glue that holds our crew together!
