Mediator, Collaborative Law Attorney and member of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, litigator, and a depth of knowledge of the laws in Rhode Island and Massachusetts – Attorney Jolee Vacchi is an incredible advocate to have in your corner. She has been successfully helping our clients achieve their goals from the day she joined our Firm, leveraging her talents for negotiation and tenacity in and out of the courtroom. Her strength and compassion serve as a bulwark against the uncertainty divorce and custody cases bring. Attorney Vacchi makes it a goal to provide each of her clients with stability and direction; a reliable shield behind which they can look to and even dream about the possibilities of the future.

There are few things we do that are more important than ensuring our clients continue to be a part of the lives of their children. As a seasoned advocate, Attorney Vacchi has developed a special focus on cases in which our clients are facing the potential removal or relocation of one of their children or who are seeking to relocate out-of-state themselves. Her experience in these types of cases have not only served her clients well but provided valuable insight and support to the rest of the team.

In addition to her knowledge in relocation and removal cases, Attorney Vacchi also expertly handles cases involving divorce, restraining orders, and complex asset distribution matters.

Education & Expertise

Attorney Vacchi graduated magna cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law. Before joining our Firm, she spent several years working at Roger Williams helping prepare the next generation of lawyers. Her breadth of knowledge has led her to receive a license to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Attorney Vacchi is a certified mediator, collaborative law attorney, and continues to demonstrate her prowess as an Associate Attorney with O’Connor Family Law.

When she is not helping clients, Attorney Vacchi is still working to make the world a better place by volunteering at the Rhode Island SPCA, as well as making time to still be an avid traveler and hiker. Her adventures include the company of her husband Chris and their two young children, Jillian and Flynn. She is also a Zumba and yoga enthusiast, as well as a big Patriots fan!
