KACEY WHAPHAM: Legal Secretary

Meet the new face at the front of the office, Kacey Whapham! Kacey came to OCFL in the spring of 2019 as our legal secretary, ready to help make the most of our clients’ experiences and their interactions with the firm. Having graduated from Framingham State University in 2015, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Kacey looked forward to a career in which she could create meaningful relationships and become a support system for clients and feels she has found her calling as part of the OCFL team.

Kacey’s passion for family law and helping others comes from seeing firsthand the struggles and impact that custody battles and other family law related matters can have on an individual and their families. She has personally felt the highs and lows of the emotional rollercoaster that is family law and strives to help others tackle those difficult feelings while being part of their support team to overcome those situations. Kacey’s motivation has driven her goal of eventually pursuing a law degree so that she can expand her ability to help others when they are faced with such conditions. Her kindness, empathy, and inspiration make her the perfect fit for the OCFL team and the perfect person to be the firm’s first point of contact. Whether you are walking through the front door or calling our number, Kacey will be there to help point you in the right direction and get your message where it needs to go.

Outside of the office, Kacey values time with her family and pets, whether that looks like date night with her fiancé, singing alongside her Parakeet – Pearl, or reading while snuggled up with her two cats – Toothless and Kovu. Time spent with her loved ones is among what Kacey loves most. And she wants to help our clients ensure that they are always able to spend time with their loved ones.
