In 2016, Heather O’Connor founded O’Connor Family Law with a mission in mind- change lives. Years later, we continue that mission each day by making community our priority. That’s why we host events that give back to those who need support. Our events are designed to bring positivity into the lives of everyone involved and forge a community that cares. Respond Inc. Gala
Our firm is proud to be a Patron sponsor of Respond Inc.’s Golden Anniversary Gala. Members of our firm family will be showing their support at the gala on October 24th, 2024 at the Royal Sonesta in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Respond Inc.’s continued commitment to supporting Massachusetts domestic violence victims and helping individuals create brighter future is something near to all of our hearts here at O’Connor Family Law, and we are honored to be able to continue our commitment to bolstering domestic violence resources in the community through this event. MetroWest Conference For Women
Founding Attorney Heather O’Connor shared her story and her path to changing lives at the MetroWest Conference for Women. The 2024 conference took place on September 19, 2024 at the Sheraton in Framingham. This was the conference’s 5th year bringing together local women and was a sold-out event like each year prior. We could not be more proud of Heather and her continued to commitment to inspiring women to create real change in the world!
Witches Walk
O’Connor Family Law is proud to sponsor the 2024 Witches Walk. Hosted by the South Shore Children’s Museum, this event promises to be a great day filled with family fun including bouncy houses, Halloween treats, and more! We hope to see you there! Clio Cloud Conference
Founding Attorney Heather O’Connor spoke at the 2024 Clio Cloud Conference on October 7-8th. Her presentation “Getting Noticed to Get Ahead: How to Get Promoted” was shared with legal teams from around the world.

Supporting Life-Saving NKH Research

St. Paddy’s Day Shenanigans
Are you green with envy? You might be if you miss out on this awesome event! O’Connor Family Law is proud to be partnering with the South Shore Children’s Museum on Saturday, February 24th to support a fun-filled celebration in preparation of Saint Patrick’s Day. We’ll be helping over 200 families create their own leprechaun traps before a special performance by local Irish dancers and other St. Patrick’s Day-themed activities.
Empowering Boston Women’s Conference
O’Connor Family Law is proud to have joined nearly 10,000 Boston women for the Massachusetts Conference for Women on December 14th at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. With amazing speakers including Margaret Atwood (author of The Handmaid’s Tale), Jacinda Ardern (Former Prime Minister of New Zealand), Radhika Jones (Editor of Vanity Fair), and Michelle Yeoh (Crazy Rich Asians actress). Volunteer Day at the Westborough Library
At O’Connor Family Law, we believe in the power of giving back to our community, especially during the holiday season. Our partnership with Westborough Youth and Family Services supported their annual Free Holiday Store. Every year, the holiday store brings joy and warmth to local families in need by providing a variety of gifts at no cost. Members of our firm family set up the Free Holiday Store to ensure that families were able to access the donated gifts easily throughout the holiday season.

Alongside other inspiring executives she spent the day working to inspire others to do what it takes to make real change in the Bay State. Mom Prom to benefit Abby’s House

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Friday, July 28th, 2023 at the Hanover Theatre and Conservatory for the Performing Arts for O’Connor Family Law’s first-ever Mom Prom! We had an amazing time dancing and dining with everybody to support Worcester women. All profits from the event were donated to Abby’s House which provides shelter and affordable housing, as well as advocacy and support services, to homeless, battered, and low-income women, with or without children. The mission of Abby’s House is especially near and dear to our firm because not only do we work to empower women to escape abuse each day, but members of our team have lived through domestic violence. EcoFest │ May 20th │ Cohasset Common
We were honored to be a part of EcoFest on May 20th, 2023 from 2-7pm. Our team here at O’Connor Family Law loves to support the community as we push towards a brighter future and a greener home. Giving away free succulents and helping people learn about how to create their own paths to personal growth was an absolute blast!
