High-Conflict Divorce and Custody Coaching in Hanover Massachusetts

Supporting Divorce and Custody Clients Throughout Massachusetts

When a family court case arises, there are a million things that you need to think about: Who will take care of the kids? Do you need to move out? Would you even have the money to start over? It’s overwhelming.

Many law firms see clients as case files because they just don’t understand what it’s like to be on the other side of the process.

We get it because we’ve been there. We’ve been scared out of our minds in the courtroom, worried about the future, and downright hopeless in moments because the court system doesn’t care about compassion. We know that there’s so much more to a case than pieces of paper and that’s why we offer qualifying clients a complimentary coaching package with our Client Support Coach Stacey Beal

Stacey helps our clients navigate the emotional roller coaster of divorce without racking up attorney fees. From having tough conversations with the kids to co-parenting when it seems impossible, Stacey can help you find what it feels like no one else has- direction.

For over 16 years, Stacey has helped people just like you navigate:

  • Parallel parenting and effective co-parent communication
  • Recovering from narcissistic abuse
  • Financial restructuring
  • Dating as a single parent
  • Rebuilding social support networks
  • Healthy coping mechanisms
  • Self-motivation and goal-planning

Whether you’re thinking about divorce, in the process of separating, or have been building a new life for a while, Stacey can help guide you through the emotional turbulence of family court cases with proven strategies for success.

It can be tempting to push through and place all of the focus on your ex, kids, and family, but it takes real courage to give yourself that same care.

Our firm looks beyond the legal side of your case because we know the emotional toll that it can take. We’re here to help you create a better life for yourself and your family as you find your path forward.

That’s what matters.

Frequently Asked Questions: Real Talk. No Sugar-Coating.

When you’re going through a divorce, it can feel like you’re all alone. Your friends and family may not understand what you’re going through, and your lawyer is just there to give legal advice. You need someone who understands the process of separating from a long-term partner and can provide the emotional support that you deserve. We’ve seen the power of having someone to help you through the tough moments, and that’s why we have a full-time Client Support Coach available to support you through your case.*

As a certified high conflict divorce coach, Stacey is there for you throughout the turbulence of the divorce process. She has spent years helping people you mentally prepare for court, communicate effectively with their ex-spouses, and make sure that they are taking care of themselves throughout chaotic and stressful times.

A coach is not the same thing as a therapist. Stacey has a unique set of skills that are focused specifically on helping people understand and navigate the emotions that may arise throughout the process of splitting from their partner or co-parenting with their ex. Stacey arms clients with the tools to create their next chapter in life. We believe in the power of therapy to help people work on themselves as much as the value of speaking to somebody who understands what you are going through and the family court system. Therapy and coaching are wonderful complements to each other but neither replaces the other.

A client support coach is not an attorney and does not function as legal representation. You will still need separate legal representation in your divorce if you get a divorce coach and it is important to note that there is no attorney-client privilege between you and your coach. Coaches can, however, help you through the process of divorce because they are intimately familiar with the process, often on both a professional and personal level. Coaches can save you money by supporting you in tandem with a lawyer. A coach costs much less than a lawyer and will be there to help you with issues like determining the best way to communicate with your ex or figuring out a better coparenting method. As a certified high conflict divorce coach, I have the tools that you need to succeed in life after divorce.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed in the face of a disruptive and upsetting divorce, my relationship coaching can support you through this difficult time. Investing in coaching is taking the first step to prioritize your new life and can give you the focus and confidence that you need to move forward.

Absolutely! Stacey understands that divorce can be a difficult and emotionally draining process. That is why she’s here to guide you through the entire process and provide you with the support you need as you take this new life path.
