Is It Possible to Trust and Work with Your Ex in Divorce?
Video Transcript
Divorce can be very challenging. We get people calling us questioning whether they should file uncontested or contested. To be able to file uncontested, all the issues need to be agreed upon prior to filing anything in court. This means you need to be able to work together with your ex (with or without counsel) to determine what is agreed upon. The question comes up all the time of whether it’s actually possible to actually trust and work with your ex in a divorce, so we created a video addressing the question! If you’ve been able to work things out amicably, would love to hear your story in the comments and what it was for you that made it work out!
