As our New Client Development Manager at O’Connor Family Law, Chantal Mancuso oversees those initial conversations to ensure that the weight someone feels during a time of transformation is lifted off their shoulders and that the person can see a path to move forward.
This is a responsibility that Chantal does not take lightly. Drawing from her own personal experience with a high-conflict divorce, she brings a deep sense of empathy and compassion to every conversation that she has. Chantal personally understands what it feels like to be overwhelmed by fear, confusion, and grief. She uses the fact she has been able to not only survive the situation but thrive after it to help our firm’s clients feel seen, safe, supported, and empowered from the very first interaction.
Chantal's role at our firm goes far beyond simply gathering information and scheduling attorney strategy sessions. She is a beacon of light, navigating others through the rough waters to get them where they need to go. She listens without judgment, responds with kindness, and helps clients begin to visualize a path forward. Passion stems from knowing that a person she’s talked to feels a greater inner strength and direction after their conversation. With an intuitive ability to meet people where they are emotionally, she helps them move from chaos to clarity and from a place of fear to confidence.
As a living example of the firm’s value of growth, Chantal has taken on a leadership role with our New Client Development Team and helping the firm continue to expand to reach its goals. Chantal’s natural ability to connect with others, her attention to detail, and her unwavering integrity make her a key part of the client experience as well as a mentor and role model to others. Whether she's conducting training and providing oversight or checking in with someone who just needs to hear, "You're not alone," Chantal is always showing up with authenticity and care.
Background
Outside of work, Chantal's world revolves around her three amazing children and her beloved dog, Gunner. She finds joy in the everyday moments which often involve family movie nights, being outdoors, and simply spending quality time with the people and pets she loves. Her personal life mirrors her professional values: nurturing relationships, offering support, and creating a space where people feel valued and heard.
To her friends and family, Chantal is the one people call when they need advice, comfort, or just someone to listen. That same sense of calm and support is what clients feel when they speak with her, like they've found someone who truly understands. It takes courage and honesty to be in that position, and Chantal has figured out a way to repeat what makes her so valuable repeatedly and has helped so many move forward because of it.
