Stacey Beal

High Conflict Relationship Coach

Stacey Beal is a veteran at supporting people going through change and connecting them with different services and programs that they need to allow them to achieve in life. She has built significant networking relationships with various professionals who can make a positive impact on a person’s life while they go through family law litigation.

O’Connor Family Law’s vision is one where we don’t just address our client’s legal issues, but actually help them develop in all areas of their lives so they can move forward to create amazing futures. Stacey’s role at our firm as a High Conflict Relationship Coach and our Client Experience Specialist helps fulfill that vision. She talks to and gets to know our clients so that she can help connect them with professionals such as financial advisors, therapists, housing needs, real estate, mortgage brokers, and many other services that a person going through a life change may find themselves needing.

Once you become a client, Stacey will ensure that your needs as a client of our firm are not only being met, but are being exceeded. She also focuses on client engagement within our firm. Stacey masters the events that our clients love so much: client outings and experiences, firm-wide community outreach, educational webinars, online happy hours to get to know our legal staff on a more personal level, and she also manages our VIP Client Facebook group.

Stacey holds her Masters through Rhode Island College School of Social Work, and has spent over 16 years working in the school-system as a guidance counselor and working with children and families who were struggling and needed more individualized attention and support.

As passion often stems from undergoing difficult and painful experiences, Stacey has taken the lead as an event planner for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. These events have hosted more than 500 people at a time, and Stacey has been indispensable to help raise money through her outreach and donation solicitations that has raised over $25,000 per event.

Stacey has followed Attorney O’Connor and the O’Connor Family Law firm’s journey for more than a decade. When OCFL opened the position seeking a High Conflict Relationship Coach to join our team, Stacey jumped at the chance to join a firm that she believed in and wanted to be a part of. She left her career of 16 years, and O’Connor Family Law could not be more thankful to have her here and our clients have found her input and support invaluable.

When Stacey is not creating a better experience for our clients, her main focus is on her family, which includes her husband, two children, and two cats. She is also an avid lover of camping, photography, and spending as much time with her family as she can!
