Raf began his career in his teens working in customer service while pursuing a degree in English Communication. His drive to grow led him to also study Computer System Servicing, where he built a strong foundation in tech and troubleshooting. Over the last decade, Raf has worn many hats, from providing essential services at Lifeline to excelling in tech sales and chat support for major Telco clients. He even handled multi-channel communications for a major travel company, managing inbound communications with grace and efficiency.
What truly sets Raf apart is his commitment to connection. Whether he’s helping someone understand their next steps or simply making them feel at ease during a stressful moment, he brings empathy, energy, and unwavering professionalism to every interaction. He’s a natural at building trust and making people feel like they’re in the right place and with the right team.
Outside of work, Raf enjoys traveling anywhere new, playing chess, planning beach getaways, and catching up with friends over coffee to talk about life, goals, family, and what’s next on the horizon.
