For Attorney Timothy Enwright, family isn’t just important; it’s the reason he became a lawyer. After seeing loved ones endure the stress and uncertainty of Massachusetts’ Probate and Family Court system, Tim knew he wanted to be the steady, capable advocate families need during their most difficult chapters.
Calm under pressure and laser-focused on his clients’ goals, Tim approaches every case with the mindset that family comes first. Whether navigating a high-conflict custody dispute or guiding clients through the emotional complexities of divorce, he keeps the process grounded, strategic, and compassionate. His clients know they can count on him to listen, to fight for their interests, and to provide clear, level-headed guidance when emotions run high.
Tim’s work ethic was forged through years of balancing full-time jobs while completing his education at Mount Wachusett Community College, Fitchburg State University, and Massachusetts School of Law. In fact, he welcomed his first son while attending law school, an experience that further fueled his determination to succeed and serve as a role model for his children. Before joining the firm, Tim gained valuable experience as an associate attorney in private practice and as a paralegal, honing both his legal knowledge and his ability to connect with clients.
Outside the office, Tim’s greatest joy comes from time spent with his wife, Kaitlin, his high school sweetheart, and their two young sons, Isaiah and Kyson. Whether they’re enjoying a day at the beach, a trip to the playground, or cheering on Boston sports teams, Tim brings the same commitment to his family life that he brings to his clients: steady, present, and always focused on what matters most.
When you work with Attorney Enwright, you get more than legal representation. You get an advocate who understands, firsthand, the importance of protecting what you love.
